What is upfront repair pricing?
Remember the old days when you used to take
your car into the shop for a repair. What was your number one
worry. That's right, how long is it going to take and therefore,
how much is it going to cost? We never really knew the answer
until we got the bill and it was often different than what we
expected.
What happens today: Most repairs are done for a set
price, a "Flat Rate"..no surprises! We know exactly what
it is going to cost to do the repair BEFORE the work is done. McKinney
Mechanical is now offering to you, our valued customer, the same
benefits of flat rate pricing. NO longer will you have to worry
about how much it is going to cost for a repair. You will know
the "total" costs (labor & parts) BEFORE the work
is done. |
How does it work?
MacKinney Mechanical sends a factory trained technician to your
home or business, for one flat fee of $49.00 called a diagnostic
fee. The technician then takes as long as necessary to find out what
your problem is. If it takes 15 minutes or 3 hours your cost is still
the same, a one time cost of $49. Once our service technician has determined
what the problem is, and what it will take to repair the equipment,
you will be shown in a price book exactly what the repair cost will
be.
The option is now yours. If you choose to have the repair work done,
you will know exactly what it will cost. Our UpFront Repair pricing
offers you a one year guarantee with the repair. |
