How does it work? MacKinney Mechanical sends a factory trained technician to your home or business, for one flat fee of $49.00 called a diagnostic fee. The technician then takes as long as necessary to find out what your problem is. If it takes 15 minutes or 3 hours your cost is still the same, a one time cost of $49. Once our service technician has determined what the problem is, and what it will take to repair the equipment, you will be shown in a price book exactly what the repair cost will be.
